How do I place my order?

Via Email

How will you ship my order?

We use multiple freight companies. We will select the most economical shipping route based on your order size and location.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship from our facility within 5 to 7 business days after you approve the design. For uploaded designs, you will need to approve the design before we stitch it on garments. Some customers require a stitched sample, others only need to see the electronic version via e-mail. The method of approval you choose greatly affects the time it takes to complete your order. Remember to factor in shipping time when estimating your order delivery. Ground shipping takes 3-5 days. Other shipping methods may be available upon request.

Do you charge an Art set up fee?

Yes, there is a onetime $25 Art set up fee. We will keep your logo on file so it will make it easier when you reorder. If we are provided with vector (high resolution) files there will be no fee, however certain logos and art may require additional set-up fees.

What are your prices?

At PCA we prepare a price quote for each individual order based on order quantity, style, logo size and placement. Feel free to contact us at mary-peyton@portcityapparel.com with any further questions. We do require prepayment for all web based orders.

Are there any limitations on the types of graphics that can be reproduced with the embroidery process?

Yes, small text, fine detail, and color gradients can be difficult to reproduce with embroidery. No logo can be smaller than 1/4″ in height. Additionally the level of detail that can be reproduced is affected by the type of fabric the logo is stitched on.
We have many choices for thread color and can incorporate up to nine different colors in one logo. At PCA, we pride ourselves on having the industries best digitizing staff. We look forward to getting the opportunity to show you firsthand how great your corporate image can be enhanced and produced using embroidery and screen printing.
