Without Limits

What Clients Are Saying
“The team at Port City Apparel has truly partnered with us to create, develop, and produce the highest quality apparel and accessories for Without Limits. Together we have created a brand that is recognized as a premier apparel supplier to the endurance market and race events nationwide.”

The Backstory
Accomplished distance runner and triathlete, Tom Clifford, began Without Limits for athletes interested in becoming the best endurance athletes possible. Tom also directs several high-profile running and endurance events in southeastern NC. We first met Tom in 2011 when he came to PCA looking to wow his participants with new race swag for the Wrightsville Beach Marathon.

The Challenge
Until 2012, the race industry, nationwide, used 100% polyester tech tees for participant and retail. This poly tee has a significantly lower quality and comfort level and was not a product that race participants were satisfied with.

The Solution
PCA and Without Limits were the very first in the U.S. race market to bring the tri-blend fabric to the race and event industry. Bringing superior design and an incredibly soft tee (along with a precise order and delivery system), changed the race industry completely.

The Results
PCA and Without Limits have produced top quality products for hundreds of events since 2012, totaling over 250,000 units of branded apparel.

CAPE FEAR SOLAR

What Clients Are Saying
“Port City Apparel understands the level of quality we deliver and expect. Since partnering with PCA they have consistently delivered high-quality branded apparel.”

The Backstory
Cape Fear Solar Systems is currently ranked as the number one installer in Southeastern, North Carolina by Solar Power World. Cape Fear Solar’s pride is in its team, providing the highest quality of craftsmanship, products, and material. In 2017 Cape Fear Solar sought out to find a local apparel company to help launch new uniforms to meet their brand standards. After meeting the team at PCA, they were confident PCA could help further enhance their employee outfitting.

The Challenge
Cape Fear Solar Systems team members need a great deal of flexibility in their apparel. They also wanted every team member to dress unified and portray the level of professionalism their customers appreciate.

The Solution
PCA came up with apparel options that allows the Cape Fear Solar team to work comfortably while meeting brand standards. The team has versatile layers to allow comfort in various seasons.

The Results
From office staff to the solar installation crew, everyone employed at Cape Fear Solar is now enjoying wearing unified superior branded apparel.

TOYOTA OF TURNERSVILLE

What Clients are Saying
“PCA and Toyota of Turnersville have made the ‘I love Toyota of Turnersville’ logo and hashtag a very well-known and recognized symbol in the community and has become synonymous with our community involvement and charitable work we do.”

The Backstory
Toyota of Turnersville wanted to create a new tag line to brand their community involvement and to expand their awareness. Together, Kevin and the PCA team created, developed and produced the “I love Toyota of Turnersville” logo and set a plan to partner with local businesses.

The Challenge
The idea of partnering with local businesses to add the “I love Toyota of Turnersville” logo to their uniforms and T-shirts at first seemed challenging, but once we narrowed in on their target market, local businesses welcomed the “out of the box” idea.

The Solution
Toyota of Turnersville and PCA reached out to a local dance studio (dance moms are very loyal!) and local pizzerias to add the “I love Toyota of Turnersville” logo to their current uniforms and t-shirts. PCA designed and produced high quality apparel and uniforms for their employees to wear.

The Results
PCA was able to understand their vision and excitedly worked with their team to create something special that are now worn and enjoyed by hundreds in their community.
