Man and woman walking and speaking outside of Port City Apparel.

You are Priority #1

Our mission at Port City Apparel is to help people look and feel their best. We accomplish this by offering premium, sought-after brands backed by personalized service from branding professionals.

You are priority #1, and as Port City Apparel continues to grow, we’re always looking for ways to better connect with you. 2020 has no doubt been a challenging year for most of us, but we’re not losing focus on what we do best. In fact, we’re even more driven to improve every aspect of our business.

Our client list is filled with some of the most thoughtful and generous people we know so we asked them how we could improve in meeting their needs for 2020 and beyond. We also posed the question, “Brawny Man or Mr. Clean?”, but that’s a story for another time.

We wanted to know:

What was easy about working with Port City Apparel?

What was most challenging?

What would they change about working with us?

How would an online portal, where you could order custom logo goods at the click of a button, help them strengthen their business?

The feedback came back both thoughtful and honest, as expected. We digested it all and immediately started discussing how to best invest in a better experience for you!

We’re excited to roll out the all new for you to test drive.

You can now place orders at midnight or on your mobile phone while waiting for a doctor’s appointment. You can now see your logo mocked up on a variety of blank apparel pieces or create your own vision of a custom hoodie. It’s all here.

If you’d prefer to stay the course, and are ready to start a new quote or send you stitch-outs for custom hats when you’re ready. Port City Apparel’s new website will help us achieve faster turnaround times and keep costs competitive.

Please do all of us at Port City Apparel a favor by taking a look around the new site. Let us know what you think by emailing

We’re excited to hear from you and look forward to making the best of these unprecedented times.
