We're currently hiring for hybrid sales professionals who combine the strategic thinking of an Account Manager with the drive and hustle of an Outside Sales Rep. If you’re the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, gets excited about hitting targets, and wants to work with a team that values creativity, community, and results—you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do:
- Source and qualify new leads through outbound calls, in-person visits, and referrals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, both locally and nationally
- Identify decision-makers and deliver compelling presentations to close sales
- Strategize ways to grow revenue from existing accounts with fresh ideas and custom solutions
- Collaborate with our design and production teams to bring branded visions to life
- Track activity and progress in CRM (HubSpot), reporting regularly to leadership
- Travel to trade shows and key accounts as needed
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of outside B2B sales or account management experience
- Proven ability to exceed quotas and close deals
- Strong phone presence and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with CRMs like HubSpot and other productivity tools
- Self-starter mentality with strong time management and organizational skills
- A passion for branding, apparel, and helping businesses grow
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
