Embroidery Production Associate

The Embroidery Production Associate will be responsible for assisting the embroidery team via trimming excess threads from embroidered garments, folding, tagging, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment as well as learning to operate the machine to assist during busy season. This role plays a key part in ensuring quality standards and on-time delivery of every order.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trim excess threads from embroidered products with accuracy and attention to detail
• Fold and package garments according to job specifications and brand standards
• Label and tag items as required for each order
• Prepare boxes and shipping materials, ensuring proper packaging to avoid damage
• Organize completed orders in designated shipping areas for pickup or delivery
• Maintain clean and orderly workstations in the trimming and packing area
• Assist with inventory organization, including unpacking deliveries and restocking supplies
• Learn to operate the machine to assist during busy seasons
• Hoop and prepare items to be embellished
• Follow all safety and quality control procedures
• Communicate with production and fulfillment teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or apparel experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 40 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
• Sewing or embroidery experience a plus
