What should I know before placing an order?

With Low minimums and no set-up fees, we have set up the most customer friendly and focused ordering process in the business. 

Please doublecheck your assets. Ensure your brand logo, size and colors are accurate and ready for decoration.

How do I place an order?

Your choice. Order online, email adam@portcityapparel.com or call 910 399 3795. 

What happens after I place the order?

One of our friendly team members will email you a confirmation within 24 hours, including art proof, expected delivery date and total project cost. 

To keep your project on time, please accept within 24 hours of receipt.

Once you accept, your order will enter production and no further changes or cancellations may be made.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Production times range from 5-15 business days, depending on decoration method. Please let us know if you need a rush order.

Once your order is complete, you will receive tracking information via email.

Ground shipping service ranges from one to five days. Expedited shipping is available at an extra cost.

What happens after I receive my order?

Please review your order within two days of receipt for accuracy and let us know you how we did in meeting your needs. 

What type of artwork do I need?

Submit your choice of JPEG, PDF, EPS, Ai or any other high-resolution vector fie. Please call out PMS or closest matching color.

By supplying art or logos for decoration, you are warranting that you have the rights and authority to use and distribute the artwork. 

Port City Apparel will keep your art on file for ease of future orders.

What decoration techniques do you offer?

We offer screen printing, embroidery, heat transfers, custom patches, applique and embossing. Our expert branding reps will help guide you to the best custom options.

Do you offer blank samples?

Apparel- You’re welcome to order 1-2 pieces of a style to see how it wears and washes.

Logos- We can provide a mock-up or stitch out of your logo to help answer any questions prior to order.

How do I Pay?

For your first order, we ask that you pay with a credit card. Then we can establish Net 30 terms on future orders over $1,00 if you would like.

Credit Card: Your card will be authorized once the order is placed and settled within 24 hours of order.

Net 30 terms: Your account must remain in good standing to continue using Net 30 terms.
